Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when refunds or cancellations are available for AHLADAM tickets purchased through this website. AHLADAM tickets are for a digital admission to a live event; no physical goods are shipped.

1. Cancellations by You

You may cancel your booking and request a refund up to 7 days before the Event — that is, on or before August 1, 2026. Cancellations requested within this window are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price. Cancellations requested after August 1, 2026 (i.e. within 7 days of the Event) are not eligible for a refund, as arrangements and capacity are finalized by then.

2. Event Cancellation or Postponement by Ahlada

If Ahlada cancels the Event, all ticket holders will receive a full refund to their original payment method within 7 business days. If the Event is postponed, existing tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date; attendees unable to attend the new date may request a full refund within 7 days of the postponement announcement.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment gateway, Cashfree Payments, and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are made only to the account or instrument used for the original payment.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Failure to attend the Event for personal reasons
• Denied entry or removal due to a breach of our Terms & Conditions
• Cancellation requests submitted after the window in Section 1
