Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase of a ticket to AHLADAM, a jamming session organized by Ahlada Event Planners ("Ahlada", "we", "us") taking place on August 8, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST at Olive Gardens, Uppal, Hyderabad, Telangana ("the Event"). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.

1. Tickets & Pricing

Tickets are priced at ₹249 per ticket (inclusive of applicable taxes). Each ticket admits the number of attendees stated on the order at the time of purchase. Tickets are issued electronically as a QR code sent to the email address provided at checkout and must be presented (digitally or printed) at entry. Ahlada is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forwarded tickets that are used by someone other than the original purchaser.

2. Delivery of Tickets

AHLADAM sells a digital admission ticket only — there is no physical product and no shipping involved. Your QR-code ticket is delivered electronically to your email immediately after a successful payment, and is also shown on the on-screen confirmation page. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, please contact us using the details on our Contact page.

3. Entry

Entry is subject to venue capacity and the organizer's discretion. Ahlada reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose conduct is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful, without refund. Attendees must carry a valid government photo ID, which may be checked at entry.

4. Event Changes

The lineup, schedule, and venue details are subject to change. In the event of a significant change, cancellation, or postponement, Ahlada will communicate updates to the email or phone number provided at checkout. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how such changes are handled.

5. Age & Conduct

AHLADAM is open to attendees aged 16 and above. Attendees under 18 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward performers, staff, and fellow guests. Harassment, intoxication to the point of disruption, or damage to property may result in removal without refund.

• Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited at the Event. Any attendee found to have consumed alcohol will be denied entry and turned away at the entrance, without refund.
• If any attendee creates a nuisance or disturbance, the Ahlada management team reserves the full right to remove them from the Event at any time, without refund.

6. Liability

Attendees participate in the Event at their own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Ahlada is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from attendance at the Event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

7. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway, Cashfree Payments (Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd.). Ahlada does not receive or store your card, UPI, netbanking, or wallet credentials. All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR).
